Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and with seal intact. Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos. Upon approval, we offer replacement or full/partial refund.

Refunds
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Cancellations
